Inca Digital focuses on blockchain data analysis and investigations. The Blockchain Analyst will be responsible for tracking transactions, conducting OSINT investigations, and analyzing blockchain data to identify patterns and risks.
The role requires a deep understanding of blockchain data structures and the ability to work with both structured and unstructured datasets. Successful candidates will create scripts and dashboards to automate data collection and analysis, and effectively communicate findings.
The salary range for this role is $2,000 to $4,000 per month.

- Track transactions across different blockchains and cluster addresses based on sources of funds, timing, volumes, and other characteristic activity patterns.
- Conduct OSINT investigations and gather data from open and proprietary sources.
- Collect and normalize data from blockchain explorers, node APIs, indexers, public datasets, and internal systems.
- Analyze incomplete and non-standard data: identify patterns and risks.
- Conduct due diligence on blockchain addresses and organizations.
- Create scripts and dashboards, as well as automate data collection and analysis processes.
- Generate reports describing key findings and methodologies for data collection and analysis.

Requirements
- Deep understanding of the structure and characteristics of blockchain data: transactions, smart contracts, DEX mechanics, liquidity pools, bridge operations, and practical differences between EVM and non-EVM ecosystems.
- OSINT skills: information gathering and verification, matching digital traces from different sources.
- Experience working with large datasets (structured and unstructured), including filtering, aggregating, and forming analytical conclusions.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Practical experience applying web scraping methods and tools to extract information from online sources. Experience in setting up automation processes will be a significant advantage.
- Working level of English with a focus on written communication. All work communication and documentation are conducted in English.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English, ability to clearly and convincingly convey complex analytical results to both technical specialists and non-technical audiences.
