Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Web3Vacancy (operated by HumanWay, humanway.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Talent Users

By uploading your CV and creating a profile on Web3Vacancy, you consent to your professional information being displayed to verified recruiters who have purchased access to the talent pool.

Your profile data — including your name, skills, experience, portfolio links, and availability — will be visible to paying recruiters. Contact details (email, phone, social links) visibility is controlled on a per-profile basis by the platform admin.

You can request removal of your profile at any time by contacting us at contact@web3vacancy.com.

Recruiter Users

Access to the talent pool is granted for 30 days after payment confirmation. Talent pool access is non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Recruiters agree to use the talent data solely for the purpose of hiring and professional recruitment. Any misuse, including but not limited to scraping, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of talent data, is strictly prohibited.

Job Listing Users

Job listings run for the duration specified in the selected tier at the time of purchase. Listing durations and features are described on the pricing page and may vary by tier.

Payments

All payments on Web3Vacancy are processed via NOWPayments in cryptocurrency. All payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.

Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of all profile data, CV content, and other materials you submit to Web3Vacancy. By submitting content to our platform, you grant Web3Vacancy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your professional information to recruiters who have purchased access, for the purpose of facilitating recruitment connections.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Web3Vacancy:

• Creating fake or misleading profiles
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection from the platform
• Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or access controls

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any profile, job listing, or other content that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.

Limitation of Liability

Web3Vacancy is a platform connecting talent with recruiters and is not an employer, staffing agency, or recruitment firm. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of user-submitted profiles, or the suitability of any candidate or job listing.

Web3Vacancy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
