- Manage and moderate brand communities (Telegram, Discord, etc.) and maintain daily communication with players.
- Launch and manage community activities: contests, giveaways, promotions, and update announcements.
- Collect player feedback, track negative sentiment and reputation risks, and share insights with the Product, CRM, and Support teams.
- Monitor community sentiment and competitor activities.
- Report on community growth and engagement.
- Experience as a Community Manager (preferably in iGaming, gaming, betting, or crypto).
- Proven experience managing Telegram and Discord communities.
- Ability to communicate naturally without using dry corporate scripts.
- Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory (additional languages are a strong plus).
- Understanding of online casino player behavior is an advantage.
