About this role
An international company is seeking a Head of Media Buying to lead paid acquisition efforts for their AI/web products in Tier-1 markets. The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule.
Description
An international company with two AI/web products, growing in Tier-1 markets, is looking for a Head of Media Buying to elevate paid acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid acquisition focusing on Meta Ads;
- Develop and scale Google Ads as a second key channel;
- Take full responsibility for the affiliate direction after onboarding;
- Conduct audits and scale the team;
- Build processes, analytics, and reporting from scratch;
- Collaborate with in-house creative producer on hypotheses and tests;
- Remain a hands-on leader, independently managing campaigns.
Requirements
- Head / Lead / Senior in media buying or user acquisition with 2+ years of experience;
- Proven experience managing budgets of $500,000 per month — personal experience at this scale is mandatory;
- Strong practical expertise in Meta/Facebook Ads;
- Experience with web products, web-to-web funnels, quizzes, and performance approaches;
- Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs — US, UK, English-speaking Europe;
- Experience and understanding of affiliate marketing;
- Experience in team management and process building.
