- Build the HR function from scratch and manage all personnel-related processes
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for headquarters and coordinate hiring in Latin America and Africa
- Organize onboarding, including documents, visas, bank accounts, access, and equipment
- Develop the HR brand and manage personnel documentation across multiple jurisdictions
- Administer KPI and salary review cycles
- Organize employee business trips
- Develop the internal HR product Naran Talents using AI tools, including Lovable and vibe-coding
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Operations, preferably in a startup or small company
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- English from B2, Spanish or French is a plus
- Independence and ability to build processes from scratch
- Systematic approach, attention to documents and details
- Interest in AI tools and automation of routine processes
- Experience working with international distributed teams, labor registration in the UAE, HRIS or no-code tools is a plus
- Fully remote work
