Seeking a Lead Product Designer to oversee visual development and manage the design team for a mobile GameDev product. Join a flat structure with minimal bureaucracy and direct interaction with product leadership.
An international product GameDev company develops and scales mobile games for a global audience. We are looking for a Lead Product Designer / Team Lead UI/UX Designer who will take charge of the visual development of a live product and manage the design team.
- Lead design role influencing the visual development of the mobile product
- Manage the design team: quality, speed, development of specialists, and processes
- Simultaneously shape design vision while remaining hands-on
- Work with a real live GameDev product, not a concept stage project
- Responsible for UI/UX, visual concepts, prototypes, and marketing materials
- Flat structure, minimal bureaucracy, and direct interaction with product leadership
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Experience with launched live GameDev products is mandatory
- Experience in mobile GameDev or related mobile gaming products
- Strong expertise in UI/UX, Product, and Visual Design
- Experience in managing and developing a team of designers
- Ability to combine hands-on design with team management and design vision formation
- Experience in prototyping and preparing designs for development
- Flexibility and readiness to work in rapidly changing product priorities
- Proactivity: ability to propose and justify own solutions
