Responsibilities
- Own and run the end-to-end Financial Promotions and Asset Listings approval workflow for the UK.
- Build, improve, and scale UK operational processes and workflows.
- Lead the UK product governance process.
- Prepare governance and senior stakeholder reporting materials.
- Partner with the central Customer Experience team.
Requirements
- 4+ years in financial services operations.
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in a regulated environment.
- Experience defining and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, organize, and interpret operational data.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly.
