About the role

In this role, you will take ownership of high-priority projects from inception to completion, leading the creative direction for launches and go-to-market campaigns. Your work will span various disciplines, including branding, product design, and motion graphics, ensuring cohesive and innovative outputs.

You will collaborate closely with the Executive Creative Director and mentor other designers, contributing to a high-standards environment that values clarity and craftsmanship. The role requires staying updated on design trends and integrating new tools and workflows into the team's processes.

The salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $200,000, depending on experience and market data.

• Lead creative for key launches and GTM campaigns, contributing original ideas and hands-on design.
• Work across brand, product, motion, and AI video to deliver cohesive, multi-disciplinary work.
• Partner with the Executive Creative Director to uphold Otherlife’s design standards and visual identity.
• Mentor designers through design reviews, feedback, and guidance.
• Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and developers for efficient delivery.
• Present creative work to stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and AI workflows, and bring them into the team’s process.

• 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative or digital agency, with a strong portfolio of high-profile work.
• Experience working within web3, blockchain, fintech, AI or emerging tech companies.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects as a hands-on contributor.
• Experience creating broadcast-quality advertisements using AI-driven design tools and traditional methods.
• Strong command of branding, digital design, UX/UI, motion, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with design systems and scalable visual frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative rationale to stakeholders and clients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus familiarity with WebGL, GSAP, or Three.js.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
