What You Will Do:
- Respond to inquiries from landing pages and Telegram bot within 4 working hours, tailoring programs to individual needs.
- Manage communication in Telegram and CRM in Notion: touchpoints, invoices, weekly reports.
- Send onboarding materials after payment.
What Is Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in inbound sales, account management, or customer success.
- Ability to work with Claude or ChatGPT and willingness to learn Claude Code.
- Sales approach based on understanding the client's needs, without pressure, discounts, or artificial deadlines.
- Ability to write in Russian in a lively and concise manner.
