About this role
Looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with fintech experience to design resilient transaction processing systems and develop backend solutions using Python and Django.
Description
We are a crypto neobank focused on building innovative financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend using Python (Django)
- Design transaction processing systems (idempotency, retries, deduplication)
- Work with webhooks and external integrations (payments, banks, KYC/AML)
- Participate in building payment and accounting systems (ledger)
- Optimize performance and resilience
Requirements
- 5+ years of Python experience with strong Django skills
- Experience in fintech/payments/transaction systems
- Experience designing resilient systems
- Understanding of:
- Experience with webhooks in production
- PostgreSQL (transactions, locks), Redis
