Description
AYA GAMES is developing Riorise — a mobile MMO RPG (open-world, roleplay, life simulator, racing, social sandbox, thousands of players in real-time).
Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain services in Python
- Work with databases: write queries, optimize, design structures
- Participate in architecture design — from simple solutions to scalable ones
- Ensure code quality: write tests, refactor, adhere to modern development standards
- Understand how and why applications work in production (metrics, logs, alerts)
Requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Python development
- Passion for coding and doing it cleanly
- Understanding the importance of tests and writing them
- Interest in monitoring and application performance in production
- Ability to think pragmatically: avoid over-engineering and build simple, scalable solutions
- Plus: experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry), experience writing asynchronous code, basic understanding of Docker and CI/CD
