• Manage social media: Telegram RU/EN, Instagram RU/EN, VK, Facebook, YouTube (posts);
• Participate in content plan preparation and its implementation, full management of the content plan after IS;
• Select formats and topics for each platform considering language and audience behavior;
• Write texts for posts and TG mailings focusing on the product, engagement, and reach;
• Manage stories as a separate regular content stream;
• Set tasks for the designer: creativity as part of the message, not just a 'picture';
• Generate images in AI, refine in Figma and Photoshop;
• Generate own ideas within the company's brand style;
• Initiate new formats, mechanics, and topics based on current platform management.

• Experience in SMM for at least 1 year;
• Mandatory experience with crypto projects;
• Cases from crypto or related niches;
• English not lower than B2;
• Ability to plan work independently;
• Understanding how content affects product growth, not just social media activity;
• Skills in Figma and Photoshop, AI tools;
• Important: only candidates with relevant work examples will be considered.
