What you will do:
- Build custom functionalities & integrations between our core systems and SAAS platforms.
- Integrate AI tools into our workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure compliance, security, and monitoring are integral parts of all solutions.
- Take ownership of the quality, performance, and stability of team-owned services.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, providing timely support to minimize downtime.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Optimize test coverage giving appropriate consideration to unexpected / edge cases.
- Participate in 2nd-line support, including some out-of-office hours with compensation.
