System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct CustDev, gathering and formalizing customer requirements for system creation and improvement.
• Create User Stories and CJM based on collected information and product development strategy.
• Prepare technical specifications for developers and designers, including feature logic and requirements.
• Participate in release descriptions and product documentation preparation.
• Take part in demonstrations of new functionality.
• Formulate hypotheses for product improvement and validate them through data.
• Research the corporate software market, competitors, analyze solutions, and identify best practices.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills for dialogue with clients.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and describing requirements for developed solutions (CustDev, Use case, User Story).
• Ability to write clear technical specifications for developers.
• Experience using AI for better results, not as a replacement.
• Ability to analyze the market and competitors.
• Knowledge of any programming language (a plus).
