Key Responsibilities

• Reception & Visitor Management

- Welcome and assist employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. - Manage visitor sign-in procedures and access control requirements. - Maintain a professional and organised reception area.

• Office Operations

- Coordinate courier deliveries and collections. - Manage office supplies, stationery, groceries, and stock levels. - Assist with meeting room bookings, ensure rooms are prepared for meetings, and provide general office support. - Support employees with workplace-related queries.

• Facilities & Security Support

- Monitor access to the office and follow workplace security procedures. - Report maintenance, housekeeping, and facilities issues. - Assist with emergency notifications, evacuations, and incident response when required.

• Employee Experience

- Support onboarding by welcoming new employees. - Assist with office events and employee initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in reception, office administration, or workplace coordination.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and other workplace systems.
