Which plan should I pick?

Hiring for one role: Featured or Spotlight. Hiring for several roles at once: Hiring Partner pins up to 3 of your roles and puts your company on every page for 30 days, set up with you personally.

How does Hiring Partner work?

After payment we message you on Telegram from @uzumax within a few hours. Together we pick up to 3 of your roles to pin right under Spotlight for 30 days, and your company runs in the strip above the navbar on every page. We take 3 Hiring Partners at a time.

How fast does my job go live?

We check every paid listing by hand. It usually goes live within a few hours of payment.

How do candidates apply?

However you choose: your own application page, an email address or a Telegram handle. Applications go straight to you, with nobody in between.

What is the difference between Featured and Spotlight?

Featured pins your role at the top of the list for 7 days, marked with an orange edge. Spotlight runs 14 days and puts your role in the graphite Spotlight card, the first thing people see on the home page and on every listing page it matches.

Can I pay by card or crypto?

Yes. Card through Stripe, or crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT). A receipt lands in your inbox.

Does it renew automatically?

No. Every plan is a one-off payment: 7 days for Featured, 14 for Spotlight, 30 for Hiring Partner. Nothing renews and nothing is charged later.
