Description
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a fast-growing Sweepstakes Casino operation.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls
- Monitor regulatory developments within Sweepstakes, Social Casino, and online gaming markets
- Oversee KYC, player verification, responsible gaming, and compliance-related workflows
- Conduct internal reviews and identify operational, regulatory, or reputational risks
- Ensure compliance standards are followed across player operations, CRM, support, and promotions
- Support investigations, audits, incident reviews, and risk assessments
- Work closely with legal counsel and stakeholders on compliance matters
- Improve internal processes and implement practical risk mitigation measures
Requirements
- 4+ years of Compliance experience within iGaming, Sweepstakes, Social Casino, or Online Gaming
- Strong understanding of the US gaming regulatory landscape
- Hands-on experience with KYC/AML, payments, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming
- Experience drafting compliance policies, SOPs, and regulatory documentation
- Experience managing compliance teams or external vendors
- Fluent English
