About this role
Aurora Labs is seeking a Content Lead Manager to develop and manage content strategies across key channels, focusing on AI and Web3 technologies. The role involves building a content team and creating engaging narratives.
Description
We are Aurora Labs, an international AI studio that creates and develops large-scale tech projects at the intersection of artificial intelligence and Web3 infrastructure for investors and the B2B market.
Responsibilities
- Launching and building a unified content strategy for key channels: Instagram, Telegram, Twitter (X), YouTube.
- Developing a unique media image and Tone of Voice (ToV) across all key channels and content strategies for each platform.
- Managing the visual team: setting tasks and quality control of the team's work: company speakers, designers, editors, content creators.
- Scriptwriting: writing strong, persuasive scripts and speeches in English for our speakers.
- Scaling: collaborating with the hiring department, selecting and onboarding assistants/content creators as paid traffic and integrations grow.
- Community management: moderating comments and responding in comments and DMs.
Requirements
- Creative and highly observant: able to find unconventional, viral formats for presenting complex technical topics (hardware, data centers). Knows how to turn dry news from the AI infrastructure world into engaging content that retains authority and premium brand status.
- Fluent English. All content, scripts, and communication with speakers occur exclusively in English.
- Experience as Content Lead / Head of Content / Lead Scriptwriter in Tech, AI, Web3, or international media.
- Ability to write scripts that hold attention and adapt the same meaning to different formats (from concise tweets or engaging reels to 5-minute expert videos).
- High level of autonomy: able to organize processes when starting from scratch and does not wait for ready-made solutions.
- Strong portfolio with examples of text and video content (cases where you wrote scripts for speakers will be a huge plus).
