• Launch and build a unified content strategy for key channels: Instagram, Telegram, Twitter (X), YouTube.
• Develop a unique media image and Tone of Voice (ToV) across all key channels and content strategies for each platform.
• Manage the visual team: set tasks and control the quality of work from company speakers, designers, editors, and content creators.
• Scriptwriting: write strong, convincing scripts and speeches in English for our speakers.
• Scaling: interact with the hiring department, select and onboard assistants/content creators as paid traffic and integrations grow.
• Community management: clean comments / respond in comments and DMs.

• Creative and highly observant: able to find unconventional, viral formats for presenting complex technical topics (hardware, data centers). Know how to turn dry news from the AI infrastructure world into engaging content that retains authority and premium brand status.
• Fluent English. All content, scripts, and communication with speakers occur exclusively in English.
• Experience as Content Lead / Head of Content / Lead Scriptwriter in Tech, AI, Web3, or international media.
• Ability to write scripts that hold attention and adapt the same meaning to different formats (from concise tweets or engaging reels to 5-minute expert videos).
• High level of autonomy: able to organize processes when starting from a 'clean slate' and not waiting for ready-made solutions.
• Strong portfolio with examples of text and video content (cases where you wrote scripts for speakers will be a huge plus).

• Decent financial fixed salary (from $1500, further discussion based on your background and test results).
