Responsibilities:
- Strategic Operational Leadership: Act as a trusted extension of the operational leadership team, independently leading critical business workstreams, driving cross-organization alignment, and ensuring strategic mandates are realized on the ground.
- Dynamic Initiative Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact operational priorities and special initiatives as the business scales, navigating ambiguity with sound judgment and structured execution.
- Cross-Organizational Orchestration: Drive alignment and accountability across diverse internal and external stakeholders, unblocking organizational bottlenecks and orchestrating smooth rollout of company-wide transitions.
- Operational Architecture & Scalability: Partner with leadership to evaluate and evolve the company’s operating models, designing robust mechanisms and governance structures that support sustainable business growth.

Requirements:
- Experience: 6–10+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff capacity, Management Consulting, or an Operations Leadership role—ideally within Fintech, Tech, Web3, or rapidly scaling global enterprises.
- Strategic Acumen & Execution Capability: Strong business sense to quickly understand strategic context and operational drivers, combined with the hands-on capacity to drive complex mandates from conception through completion.
- Autonomous Ownership & High Agency: A proven track record of operating with minimal hand-holding, thriving in ambiguous and dynamic environments, and taking full accountability for outcomes.
- Stakeholder Influence & Leadership Presence: Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills; adept at aligning diverse stakeholders and representing leadership priorities effectively.
- Adaptable & Pragmatic Mindset: Comfort with evolving scopes and shifting priorities—ready to take on whatever operational challenge is most critical to the business at any given moment.
