We are VisionPro, a studio creating creative advertising materials for mobile games and applications. We work with large international gaming studios and always maintain a high level of production.
Responsibilities
- Generate ideas for videos, playable ads, and CGI creatives based on intuition and market signals
- Transform ideas into clear concepts and briefs
- Effectively collaborate with production teams without micromanagement
- Analyze the market and understand what approaches work and why
- Develop hypotheses, find insights, and adapt ideas rather than just copying trends
- Stay updated on modern creative approaches and marketing
- Confidently use AI tools in work
Requirements
- Experience in market analysis and script writing
- Ability to create creatives to be proud of
- Experience working with small teams
- Experience in high-responsibility environments focused on results and growth
