What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign delivery: Create, manage, analyze and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
- End-to-end campaign/program build management: Initiate and own the cross-team collaboration of content creation, design, development, localisation, tracking and delivery of each campaign. Campaigns will be initiated from within the CRM team and across the Ledger organization
- Delivery process optimization: Find ideas and solutions for automating, optimizing and improving internal processes, by routine analysis and supplying actionable ideas
- Cross-Functional collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build and effectively deliver a high volume of campaigns.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of CRM / marketing automation experience
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, such as Braze, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo and HubSpot
- Experience or understanding of AI tools such as Cursor/Claude/Gemini
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Demonstrable experience or interest in the crypto industry and/or FinTech
- It's advantageous if you have knowledge in SQL, Liquid Scripting or have tried to play with code before
