- Field partner inquiries and manage escalation workflows.
- Build processes, knowledge base, and tooling for sustainable support.
- Select, implement, and optimize AI-powered support tools.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and compliance.
- Design and manage BPO strategy as volume grows.
What is Required from the Candidate
- Experience with automation workflows and AI tooling.
- Strong judgment in determining where automation belongs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage partner relationships.
- Familiarity with technical escalations and regulatory workflows.
