Join Paxos as an Events Marketing Lead to define and execute global event strategies, enhancing brand perception and building relationships in the financial sector.

What you'll do
- Own Paxos’ event strategy and roadmap.
- Build and maintain an events portfolio that supports brand, relationship and pipeline goals.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for Paxos-hosted events.
- Manage all production and logistics for events.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Communications.
- Develop measurement frameworks for events.
- Champion operational excellence and repeatable processes.
About you
- 7+ years of experience in B2B event marketing or field marketing.
- Experience building and managing an events portfolio.
- Strong creative and editorial judgment for event design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in fintech, payments, financial services or blockchain is a plus.
