Description
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Game Release Manager - Junior to join the Game Aggregator team. You’ll work on coordinating and maintaining the release flow of new games from global partners into our aggregation system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across all channels. The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a high-load casino games API platform that connects operator platforms to multiple remote game servers via a single integration.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy and completeness of game information within internal systems to ensure data consistency across the platform
- Add new games from partner feeds and manage updates to existing game entries, ensuring all changes are correctly reflected
- Communicate with game providers regarding new releases, technical updates, metadata changes, and required graphic assets
- Upload, organise, and maintain game-related graphic materials in the CDN/asset repository according to internal standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely execution of release processes
Requirements
- B2+ level of English
- B2+ level of Russian
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and Excel
