- Develop and execute the international marketing strategy for an AI IDE, with a focus on organic growth and new acquisition channels.
- Drive guerrilla marketing, community growth, influencer partnerships, and promotional content.
- Own the marketing budget, KPIs, performance analysis, and strategy optimization.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a track record of launching and scaling new tech products (IT, AI, or tech startups preferred).
- Guerilla marketing experience.
- Experience collaborating with influencers and creators in AI, developer, or tech niches.
- Familiarity with developer/AI communities (Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram, etc.).
- Fluent English (minimum B2+).
