About this role

Join Quadcode as a Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for an AI-powered IDE, focusing on organic growth and community engagement.

Description

Quadcode.AI is a next-generation AI-powered IDE built around modern LLM agents, creating an intelligent environment for software development and design.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the international marketing strategy for an AI IDE, with a focus on organic growth and new acquisition channels.
  • Drive guerrilla marketing, community growth, influencer partnerships, and promotional content.
  • Own the marketing budget, KPIs, performance analysis, and strategy optimization.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a track record of launching and scaling new tech products (IT, AI, or tech startups preferred).
  • Guerilla marketing experience.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers and creators in AI, developer, or tech niches.
  • Familiarity with developer/AI communities (Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram, etc.).
  • Fluent English (minimum B2+).
