Lead DevOps / Infrastructure Lead
Join an international GameDev company as a Lead DevOps, responsible for infrastructure strategy and team development in mobile gaming. Must have 8+ years of relevant experience and expertise in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
An international product GameDev company has been developing mobile games for a global audience for over 8 years. One of the key products has over 15 million users. The company is currently strengthening its infrastructure direction and is looking for a Lead DevOps with mandatory experience in GameDev.
- Leading technical role responsible for infrastructure strategy and development of DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering
- Opportunity to form and develop your own engineering team
- Architectural level tasks: multi-cloud, high availability, fault tolerance, IaC, and infrastructure security
- Development of SRE and observability: SLI/SLO/SLA, metrics, logs, tracing, alerting, and disaster recovery
- Responsibility for FinOps, optimizing cloud costs, and interacting with providers
- Experience in GameDev is mandatory
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Experience as Lead DevOps / Head of DevOps / Infrastructure Lead
- Experience in forming and developing a DevOps team
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, cloud infrastructure, IaC, CI/CD, SRE, and observability
- Experience building high-load and fault-tolerant systems
- Infrastructure security and automation of infrastructure
- Experience in optimizing cloud costs and interacting with technical providers
