Responsibilities
- Support clients in their daily activities related to digital assets.
- Ensure timely settlements, reconciliations, and implement strong risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage all Counterparty and Client settlement requests within agreed SLAs.
- Support day-to-day spot, lending, and derivatives operations.
- Utilize blockchain explorers and trading platforms to reconcile and monitor activity.
- Perform cash positioning and inventory management for product flows.
- Work with engineering and product teams to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams for accurate trade data.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience supporting settlement activities of institutional clients.
- Experience with crypto-native institutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and agility.
- Ability to work rotational weekend and holiday coverage.
