Member of Trading Operations

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their daily activities related to digital assets.
• Ensure timely settlements, reconciliations, and implement strong risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage all Counterparty and Client settlement requests within agreed SLAs.
• Support day-to-day spot, lending, and derivatives operations.
• Utilize blockchain explorers and trading platforms to reconcile and monitor activity.
• Perform cash positioning and inventory management for product flows.
• Work with engineering and product teams to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams for accurate trade data.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience supporting settlement activities of institutional clients.
• Experience with crypto-native institutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and agility.
• Ability to work rotational weekend and holiday coverage.
