Grayscale seeks a Human Resources Intern to support core people operations, coordinating interviews and onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones
- Assist with interview logistics, candidate communications, and calendar management
- Support onboarding processes, including preparing Day One itineraries for new hires
- Help organize and schedule professional development trainings and internal meetings
- Assist with basic onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks (documentation, tracking, follow-ups)
- Partner closely with the HR team to ensure smooth, thoughtful employee experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People Operations
- High EQ, personable and adept at relationship-building
- Comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
