Performance Marketer

Responsibilities

• Launching and scaling performance campaigns across various sources (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, VK Ads, Yandex.Direct, etc.);
• Working with international traffic and affiliate/buying logic;
• Finding and testing new combinations;
• Optimizing funnels: landing pages, conversions, loss points;
• Analyzing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, CR, ROMI;
• Working with web and cross-analytics, making data-driven decisions;
• Scaling profitable combinations;
• Participating in the formation of offers and positioning;
• Interacting with the marketing and content team.

Requirements

• Experience in performance/growth for at least 2 years;
• Experience in crypto/web3/gambling/affiliate/other high-risk niches;
• Understanding how combinations are built and scaled (not just "launching ads");
• Ability to work with numbers and explain results through metrics;
• Experience managing budgets and traffic independently;
• Quick thinking, independence, result-oriented.
