Ayni Gold is seeking a Middle+ Product Analyst to enhance product analytics and support product decisions in a rapidly growing Web3 project.
Ayni Gold is an international Web3 project combining gold mining and blockchain technologies. Users gain access to the gold mining economy through the tokenization of capacities and staking with real payouts in PaxG. The project is currently in an active growth phase: scaling the product, transitioning to an NFT/vault model, launching a mobile application, and expanding the retail funnel.
- Audit and develop product analytics in PostHog
- Build tracking plan (event taxonomy, naming conventions, QA processes)
- Set up key events: payment failures, abandon, provider attribution
- Build product funnels: signup → deposit → stake → claim → reinvest
- Analyze cohorts, retention, LTV, reinvestment rate
- Link product data with on-chain analytics (holders, TVL, wallet activity, payouts)
- Build A/B tests on small samples
- Marketing analytics (CAC, payback, ROI by channels)
- Support CPO and team: ad-hoc analyses and product insights
- Prepare dashboards and weekly product reporting
- Participate in product decisions (including NFT/vault model)
- 3–4 years of experience in product analytics (fintech / crypto / e-com / investments)
- Experience building analytics from scratch or complete system overhaul
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with Amplitude / Mixpanel / PostHog / GA4
- Experience building dashboards (Metabase / Looker / Tableau / Superset)
- Understanding of A/B testing on small samples
- Experience working with incomplete/dirty data and its systematization
- English B2+ for documentation and calls
