Description
The company develops a product in the fintech and digital assets sector, focusing on user operations, payments, and financial instruments.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle A/B testing: design → launch → analysis → implementation
- Formulation and validation of product hypotheses
- Identifying growth points in the product funnel
- Analyzing user behavior (funnels, retention, segmentation)
- Building and developing a product metrics system
- Working with event-based analytics and setting up tracking
- Influencing product decisions in collaboration with product, marketing, and development teams
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
- Experience in the cryptocurrency product domain
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Mandatory end-to-end A/B testing experience
- Understanding of statistics (p-value, confidence intervals, sampling)
- Experience with product metrics: retention, churn, LTV, funnels
- Experience with event-based analytics
- Confident experience with Amplitude
- Experience with AppsFlyer
