The Product Manager will play a key role in managing the product backlog, preparing PRDs, and improving the user journey across various products.

Important

- Experience in calculating reward economics in spreadsheets and testing its sustainability under different scenarios.
- Experience working with product metrics and development teams.
- Ability to turn complex accrual rules into a clear user experience.
- Experience interacting with participants and leaders of partner networks.
Will be a plus
- Understanding of wallets and smart contracts at a product level.
- Experience in anti-fraud in referral systems.
- English B1+.
- Responsibility for the product direction and influence on its development.
