Aina Tech is an IT company focused on building a comprehensive Web3 and DeFi ecosystem, which includes a decentralized exchange, token, GameFi platform, and more. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in managing the product backlog and improving user journeys through effective referral mechanics.

Success in this role involves collaborating closely with the product manager, tech lead, and founder while providing product support for migration to Solana. The position requires a strong understanding of product metrics and the ability to translate complex rules into user-friendly experiences.

• Manage the backlog, prepare PRD and user stories with the analyst and development team.
• Improve the participant journey: onboarding, activation, retention, and interaction with the partner program.
• Track product metrics and conduct user analytics.
• Conduct stress tests before launching changes.
• Work with feedback from participants and leaders of the partner network.
• Provide product support for migration to Solana.

• At least 3 years in product management in Web3, DeFi, or GameFi products, including 1.5 years in MLM, matrix, or multi-level referral products.
• Experience in calculating reward economics in spreadsheets and testing its sustainability under different scenarios.
• Experience working with product metrics and development teams.
• Ability to turn complex accrual rules into a clear user experience.
• Experience interacting with participants and leaders of partner networks.

• Responsibility for the product direction and influence on its development.
• Direct work with the product manager, tech lead, and founder.
• Remote format, international team.
