About this role
Join EMCD as a Product Marketing Manager for Performa, a B2B payment product. Shape product positioning, launch GTM campaigns, and create marketing materials in a fully remote role.
Description
EMCD is an international Web3 and fintech company developing a product ecosystem for private users and businesses. We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Performa, a B2B payment product in active growth and scaling.
Responsibilities
- Formulate product positioning, messaging, and competitive advantages
- Develop and test ICP, value proposition, and marketing hypotheses
- Launch and manage GTM campaigns for new features, markets, and customer segments
- Manage demand generation activities from idea to optimization of results
- Create sales enablement materials: presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, objection handling guides
- Prepare content for the sales funnel: case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, product briefs
- Enhance Performa's presence in social media and relevant B2B crypto/fintech communities
- Work on the product website, launch new pages, and improve existing ones
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Growth Marketing
- Experience in startups or fast-growing companies
- Strong skills in both strategy and hands-on implementation
- Experience in B2B Payments is mandatory
- Excellent copywriting skills and creation of marketing materials
- English language from B2
