We are looking for a Relocation & Employee Experience Specialist to join our People Partnership Team — a role focused on supporting employees throughout their relocation journey and creating a smooth and welcoming experience in our Colombian hub.
- Support employees throughout the end-to-end relocation process, including documentation, visas, travel, and other relocation-related steps.
- Support employees and their families with practical relocation matters and help them settle into life in Colombia.
- Coordinate relocation travel arrangements and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Maintain and regularly update relocation guides, checklists, and other supporting materials.
- Coordinate welcome sessions and onboarding activities for newcomers during their first days.
- Organize the buddy program and pair newcomers with colleagues who can support them during their first weeks.
- Conduct regular check-ins with relocated employees to gather feedback, identify gaps, and continuously improve the relocation and onboarding experience.
- Organize social and community activities, including dinners, sports, hikes, day trips, and cultural events, to strengthen connections between international and Colombian employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve relocation and employee experience–related requests.
- Experience in HR, Relocation, People Operations, Community Management, Event Coordination, or another people-facing operational role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to coordinate multiple requests and processes simultaneously.
- Proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to independently solve day-to-day issues.
- Comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team, and Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) for communication with Russian-speaking colleagues.
- Relocation support to Colombia with assistance for the employee and their family.
