Responsibilities
- Develop and launch retention strategies for different player segments, including VIP
- Analyze D1 / D7 / D30, repeat deposits, and player behavior
- Launch and optimize bonuses, offers, and promotions together with CRM, Promo Manager, and product team
- Reactivate 'sleeping' players
- Test hypotheses and conduct A/B tests
- Build a team: interviews, hiring, onboarding
Requirements
- Experience as a Retention Team Lead or CRM Manager in iGaming / Gambling
- Experience building retention from scratch and leading a team
- Willingness to work hands-on at the start
- Segmentation, bonus mechanics, CRM tools
- Experience with VIP players, A/B testing, and understanding of bonus hunters is a plus
