Responsibilities
- Build and develop AI backend and agent workflows

- Ensure reliability in production
Requirements
- Production experience with LLM/Agent systems (10,000+ active users)
- Strong backend experience in Golang
- Experience creating evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring
- Ownership mindset
- Web3 experience (1+ year in crypto/DeFi/Web3)
