- Architect and Lead: Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-performance React Native applications for both iOS and Android, ensuring architectural integrity and scalability
- Cross-Platform Development: Drive the development of shared UI components and design systems consistent across mobile and web applications
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and technical discussions
- Full-Stack Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to define, build, and deliver end-to-end features
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve complex performance bottlenecks
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenging technical problems with innovative solutions
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on React Native
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, deep understanding of React, React Native, and their ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of web development principles and technologies
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and testable software architectures
- Solid understanding of mobile development best practices, UI/UX patterns, and platform-specific considerations for iOS and Android
- Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Bonus: experience with Web3 technologies, blockchain, or decentralized applications
