About this role
Join 10arx as a Senior Applied AI Engineer to develop an AI Market Intelligence system for prediction markets. Work remotely with full ownership and collaborate directly with the CTO and founder.
Description
10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi. We are in the early stages with a small, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI Market Intelligence system
- Route requests by use cases
- Build retrieval pipeline and context assembly
- Create structured outputs
- Separate scenarios into distinct pipelines
- Compare approaches (2–3 solutions per case)
- Build eval framework, tracing, and logging
- Integrate external data sources (market data, on-chain, prediction markets)
Requirements
- 6+ years of development experience, 2+ years with LLM in production
- Proficiency in Python, RAG, orchestration, agent systems, vector DB
- Experience with evals/tracing
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy
- AI observability experience (Langfuse or similar)
- Experience in fintech, crypto, DeFi, trading, prediction markets
- Startup/small team experience
- Use of AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude)
