- Design, build, and operate foundational data services, including storage, orchestration, batch processing, and streaming.
- Build and maintain data integration and processing SDKs.
- Design self-service tools for users to manage and troubleshoot data pipelines.
- Build services for data security, observability, quality, cataloging, and lineage.
- Turn requests from analysts, ML, and security teams into reusable, scalable patterns.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including senior-level ownership.
- Strong Python, Go, or Java backend development skills.
- Hands-on experience with data systems or data pipelines.
- Familiarity with design patterns such as scale-out, caching, key/value, and columnar storage.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Airflow for operational data analysis.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight.
- Competitive salary range: ₹6,612,000 - ₹6,612,600 INR.
