About this role
10arx is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build an AI Market Intelligence system for prediction markets. Work remotely with a small, fast-paced team.
Description
10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi. We are in the early stages, with a small team and a fast pace.
Responsibilities
- Route requests by use cases, retrieval pipeline, context assembly, structured outputs.
- Break scenarios into separate pipelines.
- Compare approaches on cases, choose based on data.
- Develop eval framework, tracing, logging prompts/contexts/outputs.
- Integrate external data sources (market data, prediction markets, on-chain).
Requirements
- 6+ years of development, 2+ years with LLM in production.
- Experience with Python, RAG, orchestration, agent systems, vector DB, evals/tracing.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy or similar.
- AI observability experience (Langfuse or similar).
- Experience in fintech/crypto/DeFi/trading/prediction markets or related domain.
- Startup or small team experience, built systems from scratch.
- Daily use of AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude).
- Ability to explain past projects and approaches.
