About this role
Join 10arx as a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build an AI Market Intelligence system for prediction markets. Work remotely with full ownership and collaborate directly with the CTO.
Description
10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi. We are in the early stages with a small, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI Market Intelligence systems with routing, retrieval, and structured outputs.
- Break down scenarios into separate pipelines.
- Compare approaches and choose based on data.
- Implement eval frameworks, tracing, and logging.
- Integrate external data sources.
Requirements
- 6+ years of development experience, 2+ years with LLM in production.
- Proficiency in Python, RAG, orchestration, agent systems, vector DB.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy, or similar.
- AI observability tools like Langfuse.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, DeFi, trading, or prediction markets.
- Startup experience, building from scratch.
- Daily use of AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude.
