- Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy
- Own the end-to-end user journey, from initial ideation and prototyping to usability testing and final production
- Make a complex domain like Web3 simple to use and understand for Web2 users
- Contribute to our design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all products
- Actively look for and leverage data to help make informed design decisions
- Work cross-functionally with product management and engineering to help define and execute the product roadmap
- Design web and mobile experiences that are simple, accessible, and highly functional
- Participate in regular design critiques to receive and provide constructive feedback
- 4+ years of Product Design or UX Design experience
- Strong understanding of problem-solving before jumping into solutions
- Serious about data-driven design and evidence-based solutions
- Curious, with a knack for storytelling and attention to detail
- Experience working in a cross-functional team setting and fast-paced environment
- Interest in crypto and financial products
- Open-minded and able to apply AI tools to improve design workflow
