- 4+ years of Product Design or UX Design experience - Strong understanding of problem-solving before jumping into solutions - Serious about data-driven design and evidence-based solutions - Curious, with a knack for storytelling and attention to detail - Experience working in a cross-functional team setting and fast-paced environment - Interest in crypto and financial products - Open-minded and able to apply AI tools to improve design workflow
