Base is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Trading Growth strategy, focusing on user acquisition and retention for the Base App.

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution for acquisition and retention loops.
- Optimize core trading experiences.
- Co-own high-intent systems like Watchlists and Price Alerts.
- Drive a data-driven culture with A/B testing.
- Oversee the Growth Platform and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or trading environments.
- Proven track record in scaling products.
- Deep understanding of market structure and trading.
- Experience with data-driven development.
- Ability to integrate AI tools into workflow.
