What you'll do:
- Design and deliver static and animated visual assets for product surfaces and in-app placements across multiple markets, balancing speed and quality.
- Own visual guidelines creation, maintenance, and adoption — acting as the visual consistency guardian and primary support for local market teams.
- Lead asset curation and governance: reviewing and creating game thumbnails, ensuring quality and consistency standards are met across all platforms and market variations.
- Coordinate communication and workflows with external creative partners.
- Monitor and mentor intern designers, supporting their development and ensuring output quality.
What You'll Bring:
- 4–6 years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong focus on digital product environments.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating static and animated work in product and in-app contexts.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including motion and animation.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining guidelines across multiple markets or brands.
- Experience managing external creative partner relationships, including briefing and feedback cycles.
- Comfortable working with AI as part of your day-to-day creative workflow.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers or interns.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, for daily collaboration with international teams and partners.
