Senior Visual Designer

What you'll do:

• Design and deliver static and animated visual assets for product surfaces and in-app placements across multiple markets, balancing speed and quality.
• Own visual guidelines creation, maintenance, and adoption — acting as the visual consistency guardian and primary support for local market teams.
• Lead asset curation and governance: reviewing and creating game thumbnails, ensuring quality and consistency standards are met across all platforms and market variations.
• Coordinate communication and workflows with external creative partners.
• Monitor and mentor intern designers, supporting their development and ensuring output quality.

What You'll Bring:

• 4–6 years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong focus on digital product environments.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating static and animated work in product and in-app contexts.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including motion and animation.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining guidelines across multiple markets or brands.
• Experience managing external creative partner relationships, including briefing and feedback cycles.
• Comfortable working with AI as part of your day-to-day creative workflow.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers or interns.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, for daily collaboration with international teams and partners.
