deeplay is looking for a Team Lead DevOps / Infrastructure Lead to manage complex infrastructure and ensure stable production. Remote work available across Russia.

Responsibilities
- Manage the development and maintenance of infrastructure
- Conduct audits, identify risks, technical debt, and optimization points
- Formulate backlog and roadmap for development
- Reduce operational load through automation and systemic improvements
- Establish practices for technical decision-making and change management
- Develop the team, reduce bus factor, balance workload
- Build interactions with development, security, finance, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience managing DevOps / Infrastructure / Platform teams
- Experience with complex production infrastructure with high error costs
- Ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and conflicting opinions
- Experience in auditing infrastructure and formulating roadmaps
- Technical depth sufficient for substantive work with a strong engineering team
- Understanding the connection between technical solutions, risks, and cost efficiency
