About this role
Join a well-known iGaming brand as a Team Lead Media Buying to build and lead a team of media buyers focused on generating profit through traffic acquisition.

We are a well-known iGaming brand with over 9 years of history in the market.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Forming a team of media buyers for different directions and building processes within the team;
- Hiring media buyers, managing the team, building analytics and reporting processes;
- Scaling traffic when launching in new GEOs;
- Organizing search, selection, A/B testing, optimization, and scaling of connections;
- Independently launching key campaigns;
- Systematic work with moderation to improve performance indicators.
Requirements
Requirements
- Successful experience in team management for at least 3 years;
- Experience in independently managing advertising campaigns for at least 5 years, understanding of auction mechanics;
- Positive case studies not older than 3 months;
- Experience with budgets of at least 5,000 USD per day;
- Experience with traffic sources: Facebook, Google Ads (Search, GDN, UAC), TikTok;
- Ability to work with tracking systems (Keitaro, Binom, Zeustrack);
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
