Seeking a strong UBT Traffic Manager to attract organic traffic from TikTok and Instagram to our network of sports analytics Telegram channels. This is not a classic SMM position; we need a Traffic/Acquisition specialist.
- Develop and scale UBT/Organic Traffic strategy on TikTok and Instagram;
- Attract organic traffic to the network of sports analytics Telegram channels;
- Test content, formats, niches, and new GEOs;
- Analyze platform algorithms and content effectiveness;
- Scale successful connections and accounts;
- Work with content teams, editors, and designers;
- Build a system from TikTok/Instagram to Telegram for audience growth and monetization.
- Real experience in UBT/Organic Traffic;
- Strong practical experience with TikTok and Instagram;
- Proven cases of organic growth and traffic attraction;
- Experience working with multiple GEOs;
- Ability to convert views into real clicks and subscriptions on Telegram;
- Experience in scaling accounts and content networks;
- Ability to work with analytics and make decisions based on data;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach;
- Experience in Sports/Betting/iGaming is a plus;
- Experience with Telegram projects is a plus;
- Experience with international GEOs is a plus;
- Experience in mass content production and scaling account networks is a plus.
