About this role
Join 10arx as a Trader in Residence, where you'll provide insights into prediction markets and help shape our trading product. This is an advisory role with deep product involvement.
Description
10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets, including Polymarket and Kalshi. We are in an early stage with a fast pace.
Responsibilities
- Trade on prediction markets and related markets, providing insights for the product
- Share real experiences with the team: which strategies work, where money is lost, what hinders in the moment
- Advise on order book mechanics, probability pricing, and market behavior
- Help identify product gaps that the team may not see without trading practice
- Participate in competitor analysis, bots, strategies - provide assessments from a practicing trader's perspective
- Be an internal advisor on all things trading and market mechanics
Requirements
- Active trader on prediction markets - Polymarket, Kalshi, and others
- Experience trading futures and options - understanding the market beyond prediction markets
- Knowledge of quantitative trading: strategies, bots, automation
- Understanding of order book mechanics and probability pricing at a practical level
- Ability to clearly explain trading decisions and identify edges
- Ability to translate trading experience into actionable insights for the product team
